I don't know, but given the way Bundlestars usually works, you get two separate keys: base, and season pass.

I would make sure to check the price if you're adding DLC to the bundles, as some of them look to be $3 or less (in other words, cheaper to buy separately)

A number of still pricey Slitherine-published strategy games (and their DLC) in this bundle for $7.

Tier 1 doesn't look to be worth it to me. Battle of the Bulge is fine but won't hold your interest for long.
I remember Pride of Nations being buggy with a terrible interface and inferior to the Paradox Grand Strategy games.

Tier 2 though... Legions of Steel is supposed to be good and it may be worth it for that game alone.

I have no interest in Pandora: First Contact, so I personally would not even consider Tier 3.
