And the above bundle (base plus a lot of DLC though I don't know if its the equivalent of the GOTY) is $14.99

It was $19.99 at BundleStars. Price lowered.
IndieGala is selling it for $14.99, eh? It's okay.
EDIT: FWIW, Bought it from Bundlestars 2 weeks ago, it came with 2 keys, base game, and season pass (which are all the DLCs, skin, extra runes for the weapons, and the expansion packs)

Not to worry, if you get the GOTY you'll get absolutely everything that we shipped for Shadow of Mordor. (Truth be told, the same is the case for the Season Pass as well.)

Humblestore is at $16.79 where they give you base, all DLC, and a free game (forgot which one)
