Great app that the board gaming gang here in Chicago is now starting to fully embrace.

I've got Shadows of Brimstone tweaked. I loaded a lot of resources into the Chest. Makes it much easier to use. I also have the rule books. I'm up for hosting a game if there is interest.

Yeah, I missed it in the Summer Steam sale (I swear I bought it, but it's not in my account) so I picked it up now.

Time for some Scaping!

This is a Scaping sim, right?

Eh. I find the control/user interface pretty difficult to use, but probably most of the board games I play on computers (eg, software, websites) are with interfaces specifically designed for that game, whereas this is meant to be a generic enough interface that it can support lots of games.

All I can say for that is that it gets easier with practice.

Also, start with a simple game that doesn't have a lot of stuff to manipulate. I think I first dabbled with Castle Panic.

First up, I'm going to recreate Goyette's masterpiece from the 2012 LACF. May have to breakout 3DS Max.

I highly recommended Table Top Simulator.

I've made a couple mods for it even, check them out!

Chaos in the Old World
Terra Mystica

I also made a version of Forbidden Stars but have not made it public for fear of DMCA. If you friend me on Steam I can give you access to it.

Yeah my friends and I have used TS a lot lately, and it works well. Personally, while it definitely provides a good, well, simulation of playing on a tabletop, I find that Vassal is generally easier and more convenient to use.

I already have tables that look like that. Can this simulate a clean table?

There's a keyboard shortcut for table flipping.

Next up, Under The Sea from Sue and Ang.

I like TTS, but after trying to play a solo game of Call of Cthulhu's LCG, I see that being the jack-of-all-games causes it to be a little unwieldy. For instance, I can't figure out a way to layer the cards (Watched tutorials...didn't see it) for the Domains. I understand the simulator is not OCTGN, but I wish there was a little better hand-management and card views for card games.
