GreenManGaming - Mystery Game Packs

Post by WYBaugh »

Towards the bottom of the Stellaris discount email from GMG is a link to Mystery Game Packs. You have the option to buy 1, 3, 5 or 7 game packs but don't know what you're getting.

I purchased a 5 game pack for $7 and received:

Star Wars Battlefront (the new EA game)
BattlePaths
Velvet Assassin
Steel Storm: Burning Retribution
Incitement 3

Not bad for the price!!

1-pack ("Get three fantastic titles in our new Mystery Bundle") - $0.99
5-pack ("Get five fantastic titles in our new Mystery Bundle") - $6.99
7-pack ("Get seven fantastic titles in our new Mystery Bundle, or even £2 credit!") - $9.99

The 1 and 7 packs may contain Steam, uPlay, GOG, or Origin keys. The 5-pack is only Steam.

I suppose you could luck out but as frequently and as cheap as games go on sale, do you really feel the need to gamble?

When purchasing a pig in a poke, the fact that it's likely to contain something other than a pig is implicit.

But hey, free cat.
It's almost as if people are the problem.

Some people can't resist the lure of the mystery box.

List?
Deadly 30
Return Null
Legendary
Asteroid Bounty Hunter
Cobi Treasure Deluxe

On a side note, I was yet again disappointed in myself after looking at my purchase history and realizing there were at least 3 games I bought over the last two months that I forgot about actually purchasing.

YOu could maybe trade/send them to JetFred for card farming... but yeah, Legendary is the only title I've heard of and as I recall the reviews were kind of bleak.
