Anyone know if the Splinter Cell Chaos Theory Demo has it? I heard some demos are carrying it but that seems strange for a demo to have copy protection on it.

The demo does not have it. I installed the demo, no Starforce. Some game demos had SF in the early going, but I haven't seen that done in a while, thank goodness. Depends on the publisher, I guess.

As I noted in Turtle's SCCT impressions thread, the non-collectors edition of SCCT released in the U.S. does appear to be protected by Starforce. I don't know about the collectors edition, but I assume it would be the same.

Remember if you are not sure you can always download the demo and run this

http://www.aray-software.com/

On it before you install to check if Starforce code exists.
