Round 2, Summoning Phase

Image

Chaos effects:

Troll Country: Choking Stench: (During the battle phase, each opponent rolls one fewer battle die for each of Nurgle's Chaos cards in this region). Creeping Death: (If Nurgle dominates this region, place one corruption token in each adjacent region.)

The Empire: Glean: This region is considered adjacent to all other regions.

Estalia: Strength in Numbers (If Horned Rat has more figures than any one other player in this region, the defense value of his figures is increased by one)

Tilea: Festival of Sinew (When an opponent summons a figure to this region, Slaanesh gains one power point)

Old World Effects:

Teclis Aids the Empire: Remove all Event tokens from the board and remove any Old World cards bearing the Twin-tailed Comet icon from the Old World track. Then, place one Event token in any region. - In the end phase when Old World cards are resolved, remove all cultists from every region containing at least one Event token. Then move all Event tokens in play to the region with the most corruption tokens.

Upgrades:

Khorne: Bloodletter (You gain two victory points each time you kill a figure in a region containing a Bloodletter)

Khorne is active.

Which doesn't answer why you haven't attempted towards your own dial advancements at all to this point and continue to make two of the three possible locations for my dial advancements an unnecessary battle ground. You are very close to turning this into a three player game by removing both of us from contention.

Round 2, Summoning Phase

Image

Chaos effects:

Cards that have a magic symbol on them are noted by (M) in the description (and by a little symbol next to the card name in the board image).

Troll Country: Choking Stench: During the battle phase, each opponent rolls one fewer battle die for each of Nurgle's Chaos cards in this region.. Creeping Death: If Nurgle dominates this region, place one corruption token in each adjacent region.

Kislev: Festering Fever: (M) If Nurgle dominates this region, he immediately collects a dial advancement counter (NOT a dial advancement, just a counter). Convocation: (M) No ongoing effect.

The Empire: Glean: This region is considered adjacent to all other regions.

Estalia: Strength in Numbers: (M) If Horned Rat has more figures than any one other player in this region, the defense value of his figures is increased by one.

Tilea: Festival of Sinew: When an opponent summons a figure to this region, Slaanesh gains one power point.

Old World Effects:

Teclis Aids the Empire: Remove all Event tokens from the board and remove any Old World cards bearing the Twin-tailed Comet icon from the Old World track. If I read it correctly he gets two points per figure he kills in that location. The number of Bloodletters there only matters in respect to being greater than zero. If he gets bad dice he could kill nothing and thus gain nothing (although that would be rather shocking). As I look at it he woould currently max out at 7 VP if he killed all the rats.

Not necessarily poor, just not currently working towards your own character's goals. I'm going to go ahead and assume you think I am so dangerous that I needed to be slowed down and thus you went after my areas with that in mind.

Just be aware, there's nothing saying you two can't coexist in Kislev and meet your respective dial goals without huge warrior buildup. Beating your heads against each other is only gonna make it easier for the other gods to pass you up. Talk it up, fellas. :)

By my understanding, I'll easily dominate TC, which will net me corruption in Norsca and Kislev (and The Empire). If I can add another through Cultist presence (guess I need to summon another one there next turn), I would get two in Kislev during the Corruption Phase, netting me a DAC. And if I dominate Kislev (which isn't likely, opposed by Remus), I would get another from Festering Fever.

Is that understanding correct?
