I played through this on the 360, and really loved it (though going for the Pacifist Achievement made it really tough in spots). I cannot imagine playing through it without a gamepad tho, so I'd take a close look at that support, or what people feel about Keyboard/Mouse with it...

I played the whole game with keyboard and mouse. There are only 3-4 places where I had problems and they all involved having to do the 360 degree wall bounce.
Really enjoyed the game, it was fun and had a great style to it.
