probably answered in the FAQ but...
Chaosraven, do both Hawks need to be alive AND good for their kill to work or could one be converted without impacting their ability?

The answer is in Harley's description (assuming you mean Harley Hawkman/woman):

Harley Quinn - Harley retains Original Powers of her Original Role. Will Scan as Villain/Harley Quinn. If killed, reveal is Villain.

Hawkman and Hawkwoman: Know the identity of the other. May declare in PUBLIC to kill one other Player during the Day if BOTH are alive.

So if one was evil, and decided to convince the other to use it, they can. Hawk-folk know their partner - they will not know if their partner was converted.

Like I suggested before - I don't think we should be hunting a Harley right now. Even if Unagi or El Guapo are converted, them NOT dying will be suspect alone.

We might not be trying to lynch Harley currently but we do need to be sure we are keeping all doors open that need to be open.

Honestly, I find your vote of RMC to be the most intriguing right now and may have gone that way myself if not for paranoia regarding you.

Unagi mentions a definitive number of Villains we are searching for - after he spends time speaking on how he trusts us. Then he targets Lagom, another intriguing vote.

In all honesty though I am at my sister's for the week and playing with the niece and nephews outweighs keeping up with this game but my main wonder, right now, is why you do not think either of us will die.

If the bad guys have a Parasite then the two of us have the most useful powers (of the still living) for them to copy do we not? Yours, if only to remove it from use against them. For myself, I fully expected to be killed. That alone won't prove Isgrimnur (as you noted) so they wouldn't be giving the remaining players a trusted.

In fact, it occurs to me that if we lynch you then I know if I can trust the shot I took AND then if they kill me they gain my ability (again, assuming a Parasite) only in trade for a confirmed good should you prove to be a good guy.

How about we lynch you to be sure?

Killing good guys (once again, looking for Harley).

If they had parasite, and you're green arrow, then they should have killed you already (last night), and then tomorrow used your arrow to shoot someone else. At this point, if they kill you tonight they won't be able to use the shot for two days.

Makes me wonder why you weren't killed last night. Were I parasite, I would have been all over your power like white on rice in the evil forum.

Lassr is less risk than the benefit of an extra kill - esp. killing someone like Unagi and El Guapo and Tru1cy who's only candidacy for being evil is 1/8 villains, where everyone else could be there.

Your play style reminds me of when revhemp and I dragged the game out right to the end. Short, curt responses and bold actions. I don't know that you're green arrow - I've taken you at your word.

You erode that with your current position and I'm reminded of the phrase "The only good Remus is a dead Remus".

Interesting - but not enough to act on right now. You're too much bait for the badguys and should be on their chopping block to see if you're one of the remaining 3 (at this juncture).

RMC has gone quiet.

Not quiet just still rereading... I have not had time to look over everything.

I really need to try to figure out who is whom, and it is not easy even with all the pages full of information.

Post 2 answers this in the FAQ:

Chaosraven wrote:FAQ

Can Parasite use the same Dead Players ability over and over? No, each Corpse may only be used once per game. The Parasite description has been edited to clarify this, what Power of that Player can he use? If already used? Can he use that Nights Targets Ability?

Under the link for "already' used:

ChaosRaven wrote:... And any Dead Player (whether they used their ability or not) is available for Parasite to use their Power.
All single use skills would still be available.

To add to your examples, even if Green Lantern were to use the 3 charges of the Negate, Parasite would be given 3 Opportunties to Negate during the DAY phase he has the Power.

You guys need to start piping up with what actions you want to take. We have a number of potential targets. The three that I will NOT vote for are El G, Unagi, and Tru1cy, based on the fact that we know they are special. Worst case is they are Harley, which is a 1 in 8 villains.

Proven Special (good roles - NOT alignment):
El Guapo
Unagi
Tru1cy

Unproven Special (good roles):
Remus West - GA
Purge - GL
Lagom Lite - EM

Unproven Citizens:
Isgrimnur (only proven IF Purge GL, Remus GA)
Austin
Coopasonic
Mr. Bubbles

No claimed role:
RMC

Thinking about Remus, it would be balsy for him to claim GA - he has an easy exit: were he spoofing the role, he could (at the moment of shot) decide to shoot whomever he wants and claim they're human - assuming Lex is in the mix. We already know that Riddler cannot confirm normals (check the FAQs).

He would have already known that there was no real Batman to validate the claim since no one contested Theo by the time Remus came out. Since we don't have a list of heroes or the numbers, we wouldn't have been the wiser.

It keeps ringing in my ears - The only good Remus is a dead Remus.

Argh.

There is an ocean of difference between Lagom and the other two.

Lagom claims a role at N-1 and it's a role that will never die at night (just you watch)...

Remus claims a role that he could have proved if we had let him
Purge claims a role that he could have proved if we had let him

I realize that he fits into the list you have him under, but I don't find him to be in a list with you two at all.

Well I am an unpowered nobody. I was trying to make myself a target for night, but I guess that in this game not claiming a role makes you a target. :grund:

If you lynch me, it doesn't really hurt the good guys, but it doesn't help us either.

I know I am only at 4, but I have meetings all day, so figured I would let you all know now.

No as I stated "not that I don't think he's a bad guy", but even if you were a good player it is still a horrible play that distracts the good guys more than hurting the bad guys. I think you're evil, because of your behavior. The fact that you didn't read my comment correctly or tried to misrepresent it is even more reason to keep my vote on you.

I think that reading over the thread, that coop has played a good game of flying under the radar and appearing often enough to not fall off too much, but not really committing to any one particular line of thought.

<shrug>

Again Coop is a vote I feel is valid, but I don't have a ton of 'proof' of his comments to cement why he is evil other than the blandness of his posts.
