I think in that situation she should have been able to save herself. If this keeps happening, I am going to lose some enjoyment. I like having to make a split second decision, but it should have realistic results. I should be able to come up with a good reason to save one or the other, not just "she is hot, Doug is a dude".
Other than that, I think it does a very good job of capturing the feel of The Walking Dead.
