Remus stands up and addresses the remaining 13 gathered. “I am a golden god. Bow down before me and accept my wisdom that I have gathered over seemingly months, but has really only been seven days.” He then breaks out into a list of statistics of who is who and what is what. After what seems a very long post by Remus, Chaosraven gets up and slams his fist on the table interrupting him.

“What?! Are you serious! You expect us to believe you are C3PO? What kind of brain dead idiots do you take us for?” CR demanded.

“Why, the meat puppet kind, of course. You all rant and rave and call each other names behind the shield of having fun, but reality is the Imperials seem to be holding the majority of the cards, and the Rebels are groping blindly to try to find answers. Now, I am finally coming forward and starting to supply some of those answers, so don’t get all uppity with me because I’m trying to help.”

“Trying to help!” Chaosraven echoed, “What are you talking about! Trying to help would have been coming out days earlier and supplying this information.”

“Not when I was trying to catch Imperials in lies. Why should I tip my hand to them and let them know that I know what they may already know.”

“What?!” Unagi asks, “You make no sense. Where is Lord Mortis? I want to hear from that guy. He has been pretty uncanny with his picture, uh, I mean charts.”

Lagom Lite steps forward, “I am afraid Lord Mortis has suffered a severe blow to his attention span. Something that has been tenuous during even the best of times. After Chaosraven took off with his charts, Lord Mortis went looking for him afraid that CR might damage them in some way. Unfortunately, that was the case. What Lord Mortis retrieved from CR was an unmitigated disaster. His charts were ripped in places and had big holes in others. Sections of the drawing will not even unfold any more due to some sort of sticky substance that has glued the folds together. After all the time and effort Lord Mortis has put into this endeavor, it seems like his mind has reverted back to square one. He claims that we are all his enemy because we won’t grant him the favor of sweet, sweet death. Therefore, in his twisted world view, he has decided the only person he will follow is Warpig.”

“That is insanity!” Coopasonic leaps up from the table and starts pacing. “Warpig doesn’t know anything! No offense Warpig, but you are new, and didn’t shower this morning, so you are kind of giving off an offensive odor, and besides, let’s all face reality, you can’t possibly hit an Imperial in your absolute ignorance. Well, except for Newcastle. You did seem to nail him. But I am sure that was a fluke, I guess. I mean, you could never hit pay dirt twice in all your glorious new-b-ness. And you are going to hit the sonic shower today, right?”

It is Mr. Bubbles turn to jump up and throw out his 2 cents. “Damn it Chaosraven, those charts were the only thing we had to go on for clues as to who the killers might be.” Everyone gives Mr. Bubbles an incredulous look, as if to say, when did you start paying attention. Well, all except for Lord Mortis, who is slowly rocking back and forth in his chair muttering, “Someone please kill me. Seriously, please.” He is then heard breaking into quiet song, “Head games, it's you and me baby. Head games, and I can't take it anymore. Head games, I don't wanna play no more... Head games.”

“Uh, that’s ok, Lord Mortis,” Lagom Lite gently pats him on the shoulder. “You just take a break and think about the plantations you have in a warm climate where you force natives to work for your tyrannical overseers and how you keep all the profits to build ever increasingly more expensive buildings that really only benefit the rich. I am going to take over your work here and reconstruct your masterpiece. I have already started with walls of interesting and fun facts.”

“Really?” pipes up Chaosraven. “Are you going to have hot, naked volleyball chicks in your charts too?”

“Enough of this useless banter!” Isgrimnur stands up on the table and points a blaster point blank at Scoops head. “Scoop, do you have any last words?”

Scoop looks to all the faces turned toward him. “Uh, as a matter of fact I do. I was trying to follow along on the conversation and found myself trying to ketchup. Hehe, get it ketchup.” Isgrimnur pulls the trigger and blasts a smoking hole in Scoops forehead.

“I’ve heard enough,” Isgrimnur looks at everyone in disgust. “And let that be a lesson to everyone else here. When fighting for your life, maybe you don’t want to lead with a pun.”

“Uh, because they are not punny?” Chaosraven asks with an innocent look on his face.

Isgrimnur starts to swing his blaster over to Chaosraven when he hears Lassr exclaim, “Hey guys, you will never believe this. Scoop20906 was an Imperial.”

“How do you know?” Isgrimnur asks.

Lassr holds up an Imperial medal of honor, “I found this in his pocket. There could have only been a few thousand of these given out.”

Scoop20906 is dead and he was an Imperial

Warpig looks at Coopasonic, "Hey, that is two for me, bitch."

Coopasonic looks back at Warpig, "Didn't somebody tell you not to get cocky? Now go take a shower."

Yes well.
I'm not even remotely saying that he's doing this purposely because perhaps he's doing it ,despite it; but warpig's two kill choices have been the two people I've been trying to get lynched for quite a while now.

Maybe we should ask warpig now who he would perhaps vote for tomorrow if you feel better.

Tru1cy is my top pick. Perhap Remus right up there, but his play seriously makes me feel he should be last.

Lagom and, indeed coop, look worse than before.

Isgrimnur has remained.

I think warpig's influence over the evening would be a great thing to have presented as I assume we won't be seeing him in morning.

I really don't know who I prefer at this point and that's probably for the best. I am generally the sound and the fury signifying nothing. Theo, maybe? My gut says remus but my gut needs queiting down. My fury says Coop. My fury is a worse decision maker than my gut.

All I really suspect seriously right now is we have 12 tomorrow, who likely will behave similarly as they did today without the benefit of having someone to rally behind, which is likely going to be trouble for decision making. Who knows? I'm still just waiting to get shot.

Also if I had to guess and we assume there are 4 imperials remaining (which I am not sure of) I would guess that would be at most two imperials on the vote and pitching for something other than scoop.

So way too much assuming says there are two imperials in this list:

Lagom Lite, Remus West, Mr. Bubbles, Tru1cy, Theohall.

and two imperials in this list:

Unagi, Lord Mortis, Chaosraven, RMC, Coopasonic, Lassr, Isgrimnur

But that's way too much assuming.

My guess right now is

Unagi or Chaosraven
RMC, Coop, Lassr, or Izzy
Remus or Theo
LL, Bubbles, or Tru1cy.

So if I had to pick right now I would whittle down from Unagi, chaosraven, Remus, or Theo.

So, maybe give Remus the benefit of doubt and say Theo.

You are kind losing me.

I guess, I'll ask one question - Why not " LL & tru1cy "?

Also, looking at your two lists:
LordMortis wrote:Lagom Lite, Remus West, Mr. Bubbles, Tru1cy, Theohall.
Unagi, Lord Mortis, Chaosraven, RMC, Coopasonic, Lassr, Isgrimnur

I think 3 in the first (maybe 4)
I think 1 in the second. (maybe 2)

Here is how I am seeing things:

Top Evil Suspects:
Tru1cy
Remus West

Feel likely Evil:
Lagom Lite
Isgrimnur

In the middle:
Theohall (trending neutral)
Lassr (trending neutral)
Mr. Bubbles (trending neutral)
Chaosraven (trending good)

Feel likely Good:
Coopasonic
RMC

I'm not ever voting for:
Lord Mortis
Unagi
Warpig

If my top suspects didn't pan out (so far, they have - but I'm generally not ever 100%) I'd rethink things. Until then, I'm sticking with that.

Reading through Scoop posts he makes me feel that tru1cy is empire. I don't know why. It just feels like Scoop is his protective mother, I guess, usually trying to deflect tru1cy attention into purge. It's hard to describe.

I'm trying to figure out if Scoop's interaction with Unagi are staged or not and I just can't tell. Scoop takes on way too much trying to get Unagi lynched early while actually doing nothing but pursuing Grund.

He seems to lump izzy in with grund and trig for reasons I can't figure out and then when grund's back is against the wall he lays on the izzy will be the hero that lynches the evil grund pretty thick.

....

Who all timed us out with Grund? I need to find those votes.

Surprise. Surprise. Surprise. I think I have a leaning good and it's not who I would have guessed this entire game. Izzy is leaning good in my book.

I went back and forth on that. I started out thinking there could only be one but then I figured the imperials would be scared to allow that to happen because if the writing got put on the wall then they know they'd be in trouble.

I am, in fact, feeling the Tru1cy. I keep wavering on the Remus.

The problem with seriously feeling the Tru1cy is that it bolsters LL as being not so bad.

And this is why (in part) I suck at these games.

You are just now noticing his Unicorn-Flower cologne ??

Oh sorry. The inverse relationship was because they both weren't on scoop and weren't theo or remus.

If I allow myself to believe 4 imperials (and I am not convinced there are only 4 imperials) and two of them did not vote on scoop and I'm thinking theo or remus then I am left with (LL, Bubbles, or Tru1cy) as the remaining imperial.

I'm not married to any idea. I'm just poking around. Trying to sort intentional or accidental placement based on knowledge of your team mates and having a forum to discuss knowledge in.

Well, I'm not evil. Though I understand how I seem that right now.

Unagi, why are you moving coop down the threat list? He seemed awfully happy when I argued against lynching Scoop.

Also, Mr Bubbles had a knee-jerk reaction to my walls of text, accusing me of being evil. He didn't vote for Scoop. This could be opportunism - he knew I'd look evil for defending Scoop, so now he'll push for my lynch tomorrow.

3 hits.

If 7 original evil, that means 4 left.

Tonight someone is killed (Warpig likely):
12 left.

Miss:
10

Miss:
Bust.

Two more misses, though required 4 more hits.

If RMC is converted, only one more miss.

So you could lynch me, but then you'd better get your act together. ;)

I'm not nearly as optimistic as you. I don't trust that we have any misses left in us.

And while the rest of my speculation is up in the air and will probably change at a moment's notice, I'm more and more comfortable with voting for tru1cy tomorrow.

I also still subscribe to the idea that if the writing begins to look clear that bum rushing is the best idea for us. While Scoop doesn't appear to have been a shooter, he just as easily could have been.

My ever evolving list that may be totally different twenty minutes from now:

EVIL
Tru1cy

REALLY Leaning Evil:
theohall

Leaning Evil:
Chaosraven
coopasonic
lagom lite

Sort of an Evil Tilt:
Mr Bubbles
Lassr
Unagi

Unknown on side of evil give some time:
Remus West

Posting from my phone, thus will be brief. Theo or Lagom would be my choices. Lagom practically begged us to take our votes off of scoop. Tru1cy is an easy target, and likely safest. So, if I make it to tomorrow, I think I'll be voting Tru1cy. Back to my ditch digging.

I think Newcastles posts need to be revisited. Scoop is the player missing from his MIA type listing when I called him out on it. Scoop didn't leave much for us, so checking early interactions may hold some more info.

With this many people it would indeed be hard to keep track.

Yet NEWC did pretty well (2 of 3) "without knowing"

So my interpretation?

Scoop would be plenty active behind the scenes with NewC, so rather than forgotten, he's accidentally included as the Evil push for QUIETS gets bandied about as someone involved in the discussion.

Newcastle or Scoop...

Lets go ahead and poke the Quiets, but my eye is on Newcastle.

My continued omission ?...one post about noticing people not present out of 23 other people and you're hounding me about 1 person? Ever think i'd be more interested in hearing what the people's opinion of who i mentioned; what they had to say over scoop? (actually i totally forgot about scoop...so in a way thanks for reminding me of him  ) I really need to look through who's playing actually since when I saw LM post, i was thinking "hey get out of our thread here, we're playing!". Yeah this is gonna be a fun one.

Grund and Scoop.

But I am fascinated by your interest in Spurring those who haven't Piped Up without some method of tracking who HAS been part of the discussion.

So which is it?

Keeping track or not?

Tracking again from here. Shortly before this theo votes for quiet scoop with a tk421 reference

Asking who would be a hit at night time is stupid. Just as my night time posts earlier were stupid. We, the Rebel Citizens, should not be saying one damn thing at night. Make the Imperials guess, instead of us helping them, Lassr.

You all wake up and go to the main chamber.

Lagom Lite is standing by the door checking off names as people slowly file in. You all wait with trepidation as Remus West is the last to arrive. He looks to Lagom as he walks into the room and stretches. “Ok, who didn’t make it this morning?”

“Um, I think everyone is here,” Lagom responds incredulously.

“You can’t be serious!” Remus West looks around and quickly counts the number of people in the room. “Holy crap! You are right. There are thirteen of us. We all made it through the night!” The rest of you take a quick headcount and come to the same conclusion. You breathe a sigh of relief and start high fiving each other. Everyone breaks out in relieved laughter as the tension of the last seven days starts to dissipate.

“I think it is time we celebrate,” says Mr. Bubbles. “Let’s make a real breakfast. We have bacon, eggs, and hashbrowns. I can use it to make a quiche. And there is still some bread left to make some toast.”

Chaosraven chips in, “Hey, I think we have the fixens for some mimosas. I will start making them.”

“Quiche!? Mimosas!?” Theohall looks around in disbelief. “I can’t believe you guys. Time to turn in your man cards. I’m going to have some cereal. The rest of you can eat that fairy crap.”

“Oh Theohall, you are such a stick in the mud,” gushes Mr. Bubbles. “You will love my quiche recipe. It is simply to die for.” With that Mr. Bubbles flounces off to the kitchen.

Within minutes the conference area and the attached kitchen are bustling with activity. Mr. Bubbles is ordering people around in the kitchen with directions on how to make his quiche, while Chaosraven is playing mimosa instructor: “Now, to make the best mimosas, you need some tequila, single malt whiskey, and just a splash of lime.”

“Hey, isn’t there supposed to be orange juice, or champagne, or something, in these?” Unagi asks.

“You make your mimosas your way, I will make mine my way!”

Unagi shrugs and goes to help some of the others set the table, all the while vowing he is never going to drink the vile concoction CR is making. Within a very short time everyone is sitting down and eating Mr. Bubbles’ quiche. Well, accept for Theohall, who steadfastly refuses. Laughter and enjoyment are being shared and for the first time in over a week, everyone is starting to relax.

“This is incredible!” says Coopasonic. “I didn’t think we were ever going to get to the bottom of who was killing us off each night. I am so relieved.”

Warpig stands up, and clinks his glass filled with what he has now come to think of as the mimosa from hell. “Gentlemen, I would like to make a toast. We have been in a tough situation. I know I am new to this type of gathering, but I would like to thank each of you for supporting me and helping me make some good decisions the last couple of days. At first I thought things were pretty hopeless, but the last few days have shown us that we can fight back. We can, and we did. We beat the Imperials at their own game. Now, I have to be honest; I really didn’t expect to make it through last night. Being one of the only trusteds in this crazy set of circumstances has made me think I was going to buy it for sure. But I am so happy to see everyone’s smiling faces this morning. I am relieved this is finally over. Let us all raise our glasses and be thankful we have survived, and now we can focus more on rescue, and less on accusations and acrimony. Cheers!”

With Warpig’s rousing speech, each of you stand and raise your glass. Murmers of, “Well said,” or “Here, here,” and at least one “Me to,” can be heard over the din of clinking glasses.

As soon as Warpig’s glass touches his lips, there is a sound of something detonating and Warpig explodes before your very eyes.

“What the hell just happened?” yells RMC into the erupting chaos. “I thought it was morning. This kind of crap is supposed to happen at night. We were supposed to be safe.”

“Uh,” stammers Lassr, “I think now it is officially morning.”

“Dammit!” Theohall looks down at his breakfast. “I’ve got pieces of Warpig in my Cheerios!”

“Oh, today is going to suck,” mutters Lord Mortis.

Warpig is dead, and it is now officially Day
