If it's a video game it goes here.

I have purchased and tried to play this, unfortunately I have been unable to get more than 3 minutes into the game. Everytime I press tab to pull up the journal (PDA) the game locks up on me. Completely. I have to reboot my entire system.
Any thoughts? I have a decent card in the Radeon 9800 Pro and I have turned off my virus software. Again, any thoughts?

That sounds like a video driver crash to me. Sorry if it's obvious, but have you got the newest/best for D3 ones?

Try turning your sound accel down a notch to two. If you have a soundblaster card that can fix a lot of random crashes you get on some machines.

Gumps, I had the same exact problem.
I turned down the sound acceleration and it worked like a charm.
