No one said anything about conspiracy, and I'm certainly not talking about this single event. Popular kids get passes. That's the way it works. It's not a secret meeting where everyone decides to screw over one guy while supporting another. It just happens.
Hepcat has a history of belittling Daehawk. It's not incessant (although I'm sure it feels like it to daehawk) but it was often enough to form a pattern, and it has existed for year(s?) at least.
Rshetts spoke up because he too has witnessed hepcat deciding for others what is appropriate to post or not. It's exactly what I noticed too. Rshetts and I have never even spoken about this before and yet he wrote word for word what I would have.
There is no conspiracy. Hepcat can "be mean" for lack of a better phrase, to daehawk and get away with it because hepcat is a funny guy who people like and daehawk is "different" and not popular (sorry daehawk). Certainly not on the level of hepcat anyway. It's practically a textbook example of high school dynamics, except not as hamfisted as after school specials would have us believe.
I'm sorry you got your back up MHS but hepcat can (as we all can) be a dick. There is no question in my mind that daehawk would trigger this dickish behaviour in hepcat, for whatever reason. That's not daehawk's fault. It's hepcat's.
Again, I was not referring to this one incident. I'm referring to a pattern formed over months if not years. Did you think daehawk was just making shit up when he would accuse hepcat of following him from thread to thread just to shit on him?
I'm starting to get even more wordy which is a sign I'm too involved in this. I'm not sure why I've inserted myself in this discussion. I suspect it's because this is not new behaviour, it's just the first time it has exploded to this extent and I wanted that fact on the table during the discussions.
