Re: Scoop's Inhumans - Game has begun
Ok, so I'm finally checking in. Had meetings solid all day today.
So Scoop confirmed the cannister was used, RMC claims to have used the cannister, and there is no counter claim. Everyone else has checked in, so I think we have checked all the boxes to go forward today.
That leaves:
Stessier
Vorret
RMC - Grave Digger?
Rev - Bot?
bb2112 - Human?
I think Vorret is our UO.

I actually think it is RMC. I don't like how Vorret didn't counterclaim his usage. Something smells wrong about this.

Re: Scoop's Inhumans - Game has begun
Under what conditions does a UO not counterclaim a human RMC? What does it buy him to not make a claim? Everyone was already aligned against either him or RMC at dawn. There are more unprovable roles he could have claimed. Why didn't he counter claim to at least make it a discussion?
Perhaps so he looks most guilty while the true UO goes unmolested??
I could be totally off base, it just seems way to convenient that our world view is aligning perfectly to what we are seeing at this point.

Re: Scoop's Inhumans - Game has begun
Hate to use the mod mistake to my advantage, but if I did not have the canister and was the wolf, would I claim to have used the canister prior to Scoop confirming it was used.
And there wasn't any hesitation on my part that it would be confirmed by Scoop.
Vorret = Main Bad Guy
Stess = Converted Bad Guy
That is my call, even though I would have chosen Rev if I was going to convert, the Bot thing would make it harder for him to slip up.

RMC claims to have used the canister. There is nothing to say that he didn't convert Vorret after Vorret used it. They can talk to each other. There was a gap from morning to the time RMC mentioned he used it. This could be a setup.

Scoop - is the canister used before or after the conversion? If the conversion comes first, what is the result of the convert using the canister? Is it the "spray everyone" option or the "get super power" option?

Updating from my phone so I can't quote my rulez but the use of the canister is always the last night event with one exception. If the person is killed during the night the canister is randomly passed to another player at dawn.
I realize that's not explicit in the rulez so I will correct that in the next iteration of Scoop's Inhuman.

I thought of this too, but that doesn't change who the UO would be, just who the convert might be. Well, depending on Scoop's answer.stessier wrote:Okay, but what happens if a player is converted and has the canister? Do they use the canister? Scoop, if RMC was converted and had the cannister and actually kept the cannister after the conversion, would he be forced to spray everyone? Would he have to give the cannister to the UO? And if did have to give it to the UO, would it be on the night of the conversion or the next night?

Re: Scoop's Inhumans - Game has begun
Sorry for the quick withdraw, wanted to read BB2112's post that was cross posted.
So we're good right? RMC is NOT the convert. BB2112 was rezzed. Rev has a power on the one day that the gas was used and no one counter claimed. It has to be Vorret.

Well, from my perspective anyway. Could be me too.

One more clarification. In the rules it says the unspoken one cannot be randomly passed the canister. Also any inhuman player cannot be passed the canister. And any Player who has use the canister cannot be passed the canister.

Ok, it seems pretty air tight. It has to be Vorret for the UO.Scoop20906 wrote:A player who is converted can not hold on to the canister.
Vorret
That's no reason to cry. One cries because one is sad. For example, I cry because others are stupid, and that makes me sad.

No, if you were the UO, you would have ended the game already. I am pretty convinced you are not the UO, otherwise you would be a huge A-hole for dragging this out.stessier wrote:Well, from my perspective anyway. Could be me too.
