The sun rises over a calm morning scene gently brushing the leaves and glinting off the warm wet redness they hold.....wait. Back up. Yuck. What the hell is that? Does it spell something? What kind of sick twisted monster writes that?

The blood dripping from the leaves clearly spelling out yummy on the ground.

Lassr is missing and it is day.

1. vorret - ripped open
2. bb2112 -
3. newcastle - stabbed in chest by lazy/busy mod
4. punisher -
5. scoop -
6. Moliere - shot open
7. Lassr - Missing in the night
8. Holman -
9. El Guapo -

Majority is 3

Any errors I'm certain you all will point them out politely. :P

Umm, I think we suck?

We are down to one vote and entertainingly we managed to kill our Seer on the 2nd day. Thats a little different then usual.

Anyway, to win this all we need to do first is get one wolf. I think if we can get one we can take an nice educated guess at who the other wolf is.

So first, the votes (dead in red):
Moliere Vote:
scoop, Holman, newcastle, bb2112, vorret

Newcastle Vote:
bb2112, punisher, Lassr, El Guapo
I always felt both wolves where on the first vote. We the wolves offing vorret that leaves Holman and bb2112. In hindsight it looks like they were seer hunting when the went after vorret. Then in the Newcastle vote, we have an almost completely different group voting for him except for bb2112. Thats the one consistent voter.

I never suspected newcastle as a wolf and punisher scooping him certainly raises my eyebrows but punisher still has not piqued my interest otherwise and has been faily active.

bb2112 has been active as well but I feel like he might be someone's beta choice. Which leads me to Holman. He was on the first vote and he has also be fairly quiet. I believe his reason that he has been busy (we all have) but what if he picked bb2112 and said "hey keep the heat off me?" Wouldn't bb2112 then make sure he went out can got villagers killed? Still if he was playing that role I would have expected more "varired" theories from him.

Also, Holman starts off the day by immediately voting for and then pulling his vote from bb2112. Is this a quick effort to show that he is willing to vote for bb2112 to throw us out but not actually get a bandwagon going on him?

So, these are my top two remaining: Holman and bb2112. Punisher gets an honorable mention for scooping Newcastle but Newcastle did poke him a bit. Of course, a wolf salivates at excuses like that.

I'm not going to vote not but I think between the two I am more inclined to choose bb2112 and see if that leads to a partner.

I'm not a wolf.

You'll notice that I voted for bb2112 early and often, and not just today. I jumped on him again today but then had immediate second thoughts when I realized that -if- I was wrong then the two wolves could dive in and have him dead right away (because majority is three). I decided it would be prudent to pull back just in case I was missing something that exonerated him.

You can think one of us (me or bb2112) is a wolf, but it makes no sense to think we both are.

I'm perfectly willing to vote on him again right now. Does anyone have a reason to think I shouldn't?

Hmmm.

Is it too late to dial it back to N-1? I'd really like to hear what bb2112 has to say.

(What are the rules? Does reaching a majority lock the vote if the moderator hasn't check in? I think I've always assumed so, but I can't recall it ever being as issue before.)

Looking back to a game I ran before, I declared that voting was locked when a majority was reached.

I recall that I copied that from someone else's rules, so I'll assume that's the norm.

I believe that this is the case. I suspect it is to keep the game from stagnating if people just keep backing out of a vote after a majority has voted.

8. Holman - bb2112, bb2112
9. El Guapo -

Majority is 3

The village had barely awaken when a voice shouted out "bb2112 must be a wolf. Lynch him!!! No, wait. No LYNCH HIM!"
Scoop and Punisher both looked at Holman and grinned. "Sure they said in unison." Punisher's claws were swift in tearing out bb2112's throat. Holman stared in horror as blood splashed over his eyes only partially obscuring the transformation of the pair into wolves. Their growls would have haunted the last of his days had he had any left. El Guapo rolled over in his sleeping bag and rubbed the sleep from his eyes "I had the best night's slee.......oh shit" and then they were on him as well. As the pair trotted from the glade their prints left wet red marks that the dry earth quickly drank down.

Wolves win.

Damnit. I was thinking Scoop and Holman at the end there, but I was pretty sure people were going to lynch me today. I just expected to get on and say something first! Punisher was not really on my radar at all.

Holman, although there was enough suspicion around me that I don't think the day would have ended differently, you were right with your first instinct. When we are down to a last lynch and potential wolf pile, we should all talk first. I like to do threat lists, but I think I might be the only one.

It was interesting being a wolf. Not sure I liked it though. I think I prefer villager.
For the record, I did play this game as if I was a villager. That was my whole strategy, just play normally and forget you are a wolf. Especially the NewCastle vote. I STILL think he was acting suspicious! Scoop and I barely communicated and he deferred to me for most choices. Also, picking Scoop was pretty random like a lot of my decisions.

Punisher was high on my list but Scoop was not. Simply because Scoop is Scoop and why I always tend to vote to lynch him in the game.

So Punisher was the Alpha and he chose Scoop instead of BB.

It was quite literally random. I almost backed out on the random selection thinking that Scoop would draw too much fire, but Scoop does that as a villager too, so I kept with it.
