Paranoia Ideas

Post by Zarathud »

I need some ideas for building materials that Secret Societies might make available for a competitive "building" project. Some of it should be useful, and the rest surplus of questionable use.
What I have so far:
Box of 10,000 Roses
Box of 10,000 Baloons
Box of 1,000 Ball Bearings
Metal tubing
Sequin Sheeting
4 2-gallon jugs of Glitter
Can of Metal Sealant
24 thin plastiwood bars (1/4 in by 2 inch, 12 feet long)
Blowtorch
Box of towels
100 LED Lights
Shoe Box filled with Shoestrings

I'm trying to get a list of 20-25 things. Help me give some tools to tormented Troubleshooters tasked with creating a "Loyalty Day" event in Alpha Complex. Kneeling is Treason. Clapping is Mandatory.

Cans of higher level paints are a fun but dangerous idea. Sneaky bastards can put them to nefarious use too easily.

Loyal and Traitor buttons in assorted colors.
Multiple cans of paint. Green, blue, indigo, and violet paint.
I like it, only they should all be labeled Fizz Wizz and come from a credit operated Fizz Wizz dispenser.
The complete Flags of different Complexes collection.
Tapes on Book
A box wrench and screws set with two adjustable ratchet
Rainbow streamers
micebots
catbots
dogbots
One commemorative genuine simulated clone vat.
voting terminals

Make sure all items are appropriately colored to security level.

Wouldn't want any troubleshooters to get in trouble for having them.
"Where are you off to?"
"I don't know," Snufkin replied.

Thanks, this is helpful. Hope to be able to put together an AAR after Origins next week.

I'm hoping that the Troubleshooters get into big, big trouble so they don't notice that I've ripped off the headlines, jumbled them together and given the pieces back to the players to put together. Or more likely blow up. That would be fun. Fun is mandatory.

Hepcat is jealous of Kobolds Ate my Baby. It's like Paranoia except with King Torg (ALL HAIL KING TORG!) and enforced stupidity by being Kobolds.

Your coming this year, right? It is so not my scene, but to watch Zarathud light up as a room shouts incredibly silly things, it is all worth it...

I think I played two years ago? Or was it three? I can't remember, but I will play in this again this year. :) It's a blast, and totally worth the price of admission, okay Zarathud let's me in for Free, but you know, still worth it.

Last year I bled for the kobold cause. Then the table before ours had their tale told by a 10 year old girl. Who crushed it.

Our Speaker for the Dead Kobolds was so nervous that he flubbed a reference to King Torg (ALL HAIL KING TORG!) so we were immediately eaten and disqualified. Partly because there was no way that we could compete. It was awesome.

hmm, I wonder, would a paranoi game be improved if everything the troubleshooters asked was answered by Cleverbot?
