Why am I not dead?

A. Both wolves are on my vote.
B. I’m a wolf and my team mate refuses to vote for me.
C. The wolves don’t want to vote for me because I’m a miss and they don’t want to attention.

I know I’m no wolf. Problem is Im not sure who the wolves are. So I’m planning to vote for Issy or Newcastle. But I’m not voting yet.

I think Scoop is a reasonable choice. Mostly flying under the radar until the heat was turned up on him, and playing pretty opportunistically in general.

Amid all the shouting and turmoil the crickets interrupted long enough to awaken a few of the villagers (who could blame them, its not like they are getting a good nights sleep these days). El Guapo rolled over from his nap and stabbed Scoop in the belly. As Scoop lay bleeding out the village continued to debate if it was really a good idea to kill Scoop. When Scoop's corpse began to twitch they all jumped back away with eyes wide. Nobody had ever seen ants gather in enough numbers to carry off a human corpse but Scoop was certainly HUMAN.

It is NIGHT!

I think this kind of stripped-down WW game is more difficult than games with multiple special roles in the mix. It's harder to do this without a protector or someone else who can derail a wolf steamroller.

I picked Scoop because he was squirrelly and all over the place, but it seems clear now that our wolves are playing it cool, giving us little to go on.

The village woke to a messy scene. Holman's body was strewn all over the village. Pieces hung from gutters, a leg could be scene sticking out of the common well, Holman's head was balanced on a rock in the center of the square with a piece of paper sticking out of his mouth. Unagi took the paper and unfolded it. aAllowed to the group he read "We would have cleaned up a bit more but he did ask us to hurry". Dropping the note Unagi lent the contents of his stomach to the mess.

It is DAY!

Wow.
I live !! AND it looks like Newcastle is a wolf and is going for his ‘We can’t trust Unagi!’ play to the end.

And to be perfectly clear:
I am the Seer (who is shocked?).
I scanned Newcastle and… he is a wolf.

Newcastle, I assume you started this game with two goals. One was to get to N-1 on day one and let everyone back off you… Your PMs to scoop to ‘announce your intentions’ that was one of your ways to buffer some secret support for you. The other goal, I think you decided you did not want to night-kill me and instead take me on and get me lynched. Your whole argument on Scoop and me with the RMC vote was where you made a play too early.

And when Scoop seemed to show some trust in ‘the seer’… Off he went.

My guess is that your thinking last night was:
Couldn’t kill Drazzil, as that would only lend credibility to the Seer’s scan on him.
Couldn’t kill me, as that would only put serious heat on you today, and totally clear Drazzil.

You could just leave us both alive and continue with where you left off yesterday though… you need just one more village miss, right?

And Obviously you will cry bloody murder here – so have at it.

I don’t have a great idea on who the next wolf will be, I was leaning Holman/Issy, but El Guapo was also creeping me out, so…

And I will admit Newcastle, that you did have me mostly fooled with your N-1 nerve.

FYI - i have zero time this week. Sunday afternoon i get freed up. Expect zero to minimal participation from me. Plus, I think its better to step back because i was sooooowrong on Scoop. BUT Unagi is a wolf...his claim is false. Am just a vanilla villager as I've said before.

And seriously....a night kill where everyone knew who the seer was; and its holman?

c'mon, we all knew it was unagi playing at that.

And finally why is unagi still alive, you know what they say about fish and guests right? They stink after three days...well this is 4ish or something...so yeah.

So have fun debating, i'll pop back in and read up this weekend when things clear up. Plus, i think it's better I step back.

Ok, so at the end of the day this is going to come down to whether Newcastle or Unagi is lying. To start out, I assume that Drazzil will confirm that Unagi was the one messaging him. That would be a bonkers thing for a wolf Unagi to lie about, but I guess you never know. I also assume that Drazzil's not going to suddenly declare that he's been the seer all along, though that would be amazing.

The other question is whether Drazzil can share anything else about his PMs with Unagi that might help, that he hasn't shared already. I figure that Drazzil must have found Unagi to be generally credible in their PMs (e.g., that he believed that he was the seer), or else he would have said otherwise during the Day 3 discussions and deliberations. I'm not sure whether he'll have much to add, but anything other light he can shed on that would be helpful.

Otherwise...I guess my main reservation on voting Unagi is that it would mean concluding that he was spoofing when he contacted Drazzil, which seems like a pretty risky move when the wolves have no way of knowing whether the seer is alive or dead, and when statistically (I think) the seer is more likely to be alive than dead. It would mean essentially banking on having nailed the seer with a night kill. Which maybe the wolves could be slightly better than me at spotting the seer, but honestly a lot of the time this game feels like mostly guesswork, so I'm skeptical that that would be a logical move when Drazzil is likely to reveal the PM claim (which he did) and when that reveal means that wolf Unagi would be essentially dead-to-rights.

Which I guess points towards Newcastle, at least following that logic. Though I want to think about it some more, and definitely want to hear from Drazzil in particular.

So back in circulation here. I really dont have much more to add. If you are asking me for a robust defense of my actions, not really gonna give more. I've made my case against Unagi all the way throughout this game. Its up to you folks. I thought this was a scenario that could evolve, and I did predict it yesterday.

Really what I am having a hard time figuring out is who is the 2nd wolf between drazzil, issie and El Guapo. that I can't say.

Again, I posted yesterday that unagi-wolf would come out today. Funny enough he claimed me as the wolf..which is hilarious.

I've been against Unagi all game.

But do ask yourself why is he alive?

Night 1 - Lassr died...why not unagi?
Night 2 - Lagom...again why not unagi?
Night 3 - Holman...same question....

We know Unagi is razor sharp in this game, are you to tell me that those three posed a greater threat in the game than unagi? Doesn't pass the sniff test.

Its depressing that there has been no movement in the game, and that saddens me really. At least there should have been some discussion and posturing. You folks really didn't need me. I might filter in and out, but honestly dont expect much more brand spanking new arguments.

I wont be changing my vote.

Let me throw this out there also....IF i were a wolf (I AM NOT), wouldn't the best defense cry out "i'm a seer"? That way at least I could throw some confusion the villagers way. After all A contested seer battle, usually defaults to allowing the 2 contested seers to live until the following day, because the wolves will kill the true one over the course of the night.

Am I doing that? Nope.

He even jokes about it and acknowledges that we should not be surprised...because we all "knew"...I mean c'mon letting a true seer unagi live? C'mon. Dont pass the sniff test. And also, if he had the power to scan, he should have been railroading people left and right this game. C'mon. Let's take a quick step into reality here folks. Unagi is a wolf! C'mon! Spent some time thinking this over this weekend. The long and short of it is, "uncontested seer" beats "why is Unagi still alive?", especially when we can't see into the night kill logic of the wolves. Maybe that's just because I've never been a wolf, BUT here goes:
