Probably the closest thing we’ll see to a concession.

I want to thank Emily Murphy at GSA for her steadfast dedication and loyalty to our Country. She has been harassed, threatened, and abused – and I do not want to see this happen to her, her family, or employees of GSA. Our case STRONGLY continues, we will keep up the good...

...fight, and I believe we will prevail! Nevertheless, in the best interest of our Country, I am recommending that Emily and her team do what needs to be done with regard to initial protocols, and have told my team to do the same.
Also, not a chance in hell he wrote that.

Very Trumpian: GSA head makes sure to be clear that she made her decision independently, while Trump simultaneously tweets that it was basically his idea.

Well, he had to take a break from his unceasing lab work to create multiple Covid19 vaccines to deal with this.

Nobody should be threatened. In fact the FBI is investigating threatening texts to the GA Sec. of State. No gainful employment above "You want fries with that?" however, is to be encouraged.

Biden campaign’s response. That last line...oof.

BIDEN team acknowledges GSA ascertainment.

Really?

James Lankford Interrupted His Own Evolution Into a True Vertebrate
A week or so ago, Oklahoma Senator James Lankford gave every sign of being a very rudimentary vertebrate carbon life form. From CNN:
"There is no loss from him getting the briefings and to be able to do that," Lankford told radio station KRMG, noting that he sits on the Senate Oversight Committee and that he's already started engaging on this issue. The Oklahoma Republican said if no progress is made on the issue by Friday, he will step in and say, "This needs to occur so that regardless of the outcome of the election, whichever way that it goes, people can be ready for that actual task."
"Regardless of the outcome" should have been a tell that the evolution into a true vertebrate would be...interrupted. From the Wall Street Journal, which watches Newsmax TV so the rest of us don't have to.
"I'm not in a hurry, necessarily, to get Joe Biden these briefings, it's been interesting how the media, the national media, not this network, but others have twisted this term 'step in.' I happen to chair the committee that oversees GSA, that is the entity that has to be able to make this call," Mr. Lankford said an interview with the pro-Trump Newsmax TV Saturday.
Dude, you said it on the radio, which has availed itself of recording devices for many decades now. Do you have a lame-ass alibi to run by us? Of course, you do.
Mr. Lankford said he was using the term "step in" to ask the General Services Administration about their process and act as a sounding board for the agency.
So it's Emily Murphy's fault that Senator James Lankford has delicious creme filling for a backbone? She's problem enough without blaming her for that, too.

Why not? They just conducted a full hand recount. If you want to recount again, why wouldn’t he pay? He already got the free automatic recount, no?

I'm legit worried something will happen. It's not like they will take over the country or something, but get enough crazy together and you can do something like blow up a government building. Not that it's ever happened before.

I'm starting to think that we might be right in the middle of the enforcement of E.O. 13848 (Trump, 2018) right now and not even know it (it has sweeping provisions for secrecy).

Lin Wood subpoenaed the State Farm Arena video/audio footage during the pipe burst/water leak disaster time frame. But he did it in the way that the .gov does only when they already have the footage (loudly, in public). This is an old agency trick - you copy everything and let them delete what they don't want you to see and then you just have to focus on the discrepancies to get all of your evidence - people often give the feds stuff they didn't have before this way. Plus, finding people guilty of lying to a court is a lot easier than proving an older crime forensically.

OnE aspect of an EO 13848 enforcement phase would mean that fed.gov effectively owns all Dominion hardware and all of the Smartmatic infrastructure (in the USA) at this point. IF (big if) they are going to start fraud/treason charges I like the idea of starting with republicans in GA first. It sends a very bipartisan message and gets everyone's attention at the same time.

If the various countdowns in EO13848 are any indication maybe the radio silence will have to break on Dec 18th (not sure about my math here).

Maybe this is finally the Put Up part of the Put Up or Shut Up I have been clamoring for.
