That woman... ugh... She is an embarrassment.
She might still feel emboldened right now but I sure hope that she will be held accountable for her behaviour, not in the least live tweeting about Pelosi’s movement during the riot. :naughty:

Thankfully demographics will one day catch up to folks like her on the Western Slope. I hope the stars align enough to get her out in the next election but it's a tough district unless a reasonable R primaries her.

I’m so tired of this attention whore already.

Her and the other QAnon moron have made themselves completely insufferable in an amazingly short time. Case in point...this was posted today. Imagine being this dishonest and/or divorced from reality.

President Trump will remain in office.

This Hail Mary attempt to remove him from the White House is an attack on every American who voted for him.

Democrats must be held accountable for the political violence inspired by their rhetoric.

Am I the only one that sees the R's projection of all of their negatives onto the D's like a slightly more advanced version of "I know you are, but what am I?" It's the D's who are inciting violence? Really?

It's the modern version of the abuser asking his victim why she made him hit her. If Democrats just toed the line and let Republicans win, they wouldn't have to go violently attack the capitol.

Countdown to Biden inauguration as President:

7 days

Mike Pompouso gets stiffed by Luxembourg. The House calls for the 25th Amendment to be invoked, but Agolf called Pence a pussy so he won't act. Moscow Mitch and Liz Cheney turn on Agolf. Impeachment comes at you fast.

What do we know about the deployment of the National Guard at the Capitol? Who made the decision? Was it prompted by the impeachment vote?

No idea but whoever it is is clearly overcompensating for completely blowing it on 1/6.

Knowing that an angry mob tried to kill democracy, I don't think it's overcompensation to deploy any level of force to protect it at this point.

These images alone should be enough to stop any member of the death cult from trying to break in, though, and hopefully states across the country are preparing for the "planned" armed riots by more death cult members on the 20th.

An intimidating show of force against the attackers, plus loud and visible response for the critics. Well, that and actual security.

Given the chatter being reported about planned insurgent action leading up to 20 January, it's always possible that the deployment of protective forces to the Capitol may be in response to specific intelligence rather than simply being an abundance of caution or security theatre.

I suppose it's also possible that they know that they want a National Guard presence to protect the inauguration next week, so might as well bring them in now for anything that happens between now and then.

Still pretty unsettling, though.

They're good for point protection, like guarding a gate or small building. Or for dispersing crowds like at a march or organized protest. They're not good for protecting a city or block or even a large target like the Capitol.

Also, they're not that effective.

Yeah, they're not designed for armed attackers. Or even just determined ones with ear protection decent run speed.

That's the curious thing. Sure, Trump is off Twitter, but he's still the President. He has the biggest bully pulpit in the world.

But he either can't or won't make use of it.

McConnell is "undecided". Gosh...what a shock.

Mitch McConnell tells Republicans he's undecided on convicting Trump, meaning he's considering convicting Trump.

"I have not made a final decision on how I will vote and I intend to listen to the legal arguments when they are presented to the Senate."
