Sorry MHS but I'm bumping

Wow what a nasty case of Norovirus that was. Still in the recovery phase but I've never had cramping hurt that bad. Just an extremely unpleasant two days

Is there a non-nasty version of Norovirus? I don't remember all the effects, but I remember not wanting to ever get it again. My sympathies.

Wow, DZ, that's really bad.

My last was October 2008. I was on a course of Bactrim. I racked up all the side effects. Luckily, I hadn't been eating at all, so all that came back up was the water I'd been drinking.

The fun was that the effects took so long to develop, I didn't figure it out until I took the last dose.

Dammit! Five year streak ended yesterday after getting hit with the 24 hour flu bug.

The streak died at 10:23pm CT today. Long live the streak!

The wife relived Metalhead's worst day yesterday - albeit in nicer, more private surroundings. Being the good husband, I was there to help out. 24 hours later, it struck like a coiled serpent from the weeds. I fought for two hours, but in the end, the virus won. I'm still having really weird intestinal cramping, but hope the worst is past.

Oh, and it absolutely was as bad as I remembered it.

Whelp, looks like about ten years this time. I hope just the once was enough. Fought for two hours before the wife's suggestion of a popsicle pushed me over the edge. Still horrible to go through. Long live the streak.

Do you keep a calendar?
I cant remember the last time I puked, so the next time I puke I'll have no idea how long it's been in between pukes.
But I guess the next time I puke, I can make note of it so I know how long it has in between pukes the next time I puke.
