My youngest ex stepson called and wished me happy fathers day. It was very unexpected.

I went to my local record store to pick up some stuff I ordered, and my daughter wanted to come with me. We're looking around and I told her I was going to the back to look at the new record store drop stuff, and she told me she'd be in the front looking at other stuff. I thought this was a bit unusual as she's usually not so independent.

I went back and browsed through some stuff for about five minutes, came back out, paid for everything and we left.

On Father's Day she excitedly presents me with a $50 gift card to the record store. The little turkey had waited until I went to the back and had quickly (and with expert stealth) bought it for me when I wasn't looking. I had no clue.
