I had that movie on VHS back in the day. I'm very familiar with it.

Re: Name that movie....(possible 56K warning)
And I currently own it on Blu-Ray.
Honestly, this movie never got the recognition it deserved. The few people that even know about it mostly only know it for Matilda May walking around nude for fifteen minutes of the film but it really is so much more than that.
I highly recommend giving the GoodBadFlicks Exploring video a watch as it goes into a lot of what was riding on this film and what it took to get it made.

I agree. Lifeforce was a pretty cool take on a vampire story. I really enjoyed May's <ahem> performance even though it seems to have kept the batshit movie from being taken seriously.

Somehow I think you've never seen Serpico.
However, it is a movie about a cop going undercover. Deep undercover.

The blue hankie means blow-job. You have one hanging out of your left pants pocket means you want a blow-job. A blue in the right rear pocket is you give them. The green hankie in your right rear pocket means you're a hustler. The green hankie in your left rear means you're looking to buy. The yellow hankie in your left rear pocket means you give golden shower. The yellow in the right rear means you receive gold. The red hankie in your left rear pocket means you give S&M. The red in the right...

What's so great is that the next time he goes cruising he's wearing a yellow handkerchief.

Fine! Since nobody else will step up... Cruising.
Haven't seen that in ages. Not really sure I want to give it another watch though.

I recognized young Powers Boothe. What's funny is Netflix was trying to push Cruising on me (with a pic of Pacino) but it didn't register.

I saw a commercial on late night TV. It said, "Forget everything you know about slipcovers." So I did. And it was a load off my mind. Then the commercial tried to sell me slipcovers, and I didn't know what the hell they were. -- Mitch Hedberg

I'm certain of that one, so here's the next movie:

Yup. Sea of Love seems to have fallen out of the collective conscience but we still rewatch it every now and then.
That first pic is a young (and skinny) Samuel Jackson. It was so early in his career he was only credited as "black guy."

I've never seen it. I've heard of it, but as noted, it's not one that comes to mind. And I thought that looked like Samuel!

King of Comedy? (Wasn't that the semi-serious one that he did? I don't think I saw it. So just a WAG.)
