I use 'Computer', because I'm a Trek nerd.

It does complicate watching the show, though. A couple of years ago I was watching Trek. Riker was in a holodeck recreation of a starship and said, "Computer, add an appropriate crew complement, objective mode."

Alexa added a fruit compliment (objective mode) to the shopping list.

Yeah, I use echo for a similar reason. Got tired of it always catching other words and reacting. Although it did have a fit when we watched Echo.
