Make combinations thereof. You can mix mayo with all sorts of stuff. Mix it with Frank's Hotsauce or any version of Sriracha, mix Sriracha with Hoisin sauce, mix mayo with soy sauce...
Make your own flavor oil by basically cooking a LOT of scallions in oil with couple cloves with garlic.
