How much for Hawaii?
Citizens of Vinland!
Ever since Leif Erikssons famous expedition over a millenia ago and subsequent colonies in what you now know as "America", Scandinavia has had a strong claim to the North American continent.
However, most of this territory is quite cold, and we live in a cold climate already. We might forego military or economic action if you give us a good deal on Hawaii.
Sincerely,
Your betters

Please, California has a great climate. I would be a loyal subject of our new civilized overlords (with real health care!)Lagom Lite wrote: Thu Jan 16, 2025 2:01 am Citizens of Vinland!

Speaking on behalf of the citizens of New England, aka northeast Vinland, I am willing to turn the region over to Sweden for free. You don't have a crazy far-right government coming soon, do you?
As for Hawaii, I'll see what I can do.

Can we give Michigan to Canada, the French, or one of many Native American tribes? (so long as they don't kick me out)El Guapo wrote: Thu Jan 16, 2025 10:18 am Speaking on behalf of the citizens of New England, aka northeast Vinland, I am willing to turn the region over to Sweden for free. That would suit me, so long as I could get the rights of a natural-born California citizen.gbasden wrote: Thu Jan 16, 2025 2:07 amPlease, California has a great climate.
