Dubbed "24: Conspiracy," the show -- featuring original characters separate from the Fox TV skein -- will unfold over 24 roughly one-minute episodes; one seg will be downloaded to subscribers' phones every week.

Hey, does this mean I can video tape myself taking a crap for 24 minutes and sell it in 1 minute episodes?

I've got a lovely home theatre setup with a big screen tv, why on earth would I want to watch something on the tiny screen on my cell phone. Nor do I need my phone to take poor quality pictures or movies or anything else, I only want the damm thing to make phone calls.

I'm so sick of the gimmicks they keep coming up with just so they can convince people that they have to buy the latest, most expensive, phone so they can be among the cool people.

This reminds me of the Conan O'Brien spook called "60", where each episode lasted one second. At least that one was played for laughs whereas this one's just silly.

The fact that it features a TOTALLY new cast means it has to suck.
