RunningMn9,

I just wanted to thank you for the games. They look like they are in great shape. I'll be paying it forward after the weekend. Thanks again.

Hopefully everyone in the first phase got their freebage in good order. I have three more packages to send (Ralph-Wiggum, Lassr, hitbyambulance).

I was originally going to wait a month, but would like to clear these out sooner. So if you want any of the ones left on the list - now is your time to speak - else I have made arrangements to dispose of any unclaimed games.

Phase 2 should go out tomorrow.

Yes, me too. Thanks very much, RunningMan. I am looking forward to playing Elder Scrolls games for years to come.

Phase 2 got derailed when my Shipping Manager came down with a blinding, 4-day headache. However, RunningMinion1 has sent out phase 2 today.

Packages have been dispatched to the following people:
Bad Demographic
Lassr
Ralph-Wiggum
hitbyambulance

Enjoy.

Did Bad Demographic, Ralph-Wiggum or hitbyambulance accidentally get the manuals for any of the Jane's combat simulations games? I forgot to mail Lassr the games that didn't have jewel cases, but the manuals no longer seem to be in my possession, and Lassr didn't get them.

Help. :)

I didn't. But I did get the manual to Fallout 2 which I wasn't expecting (for some reason, I just expected the jewel case version). It reminds me of a time long past where manuals were actually fun to read.

You got it...my only concern is that, although I admit to having been out of the loop for several months, I always figured it was nice to limit claims to 1-2 items so more needy people could get something as well? If that hasn't been the status quo then I have no issue sending more items obviously.

If hitbyambulance *doesn't* go with the Battlestar Galactica DVDs, I would love to claim them.

This would even out my karma at 0. I'll look around.

LMAO - Alright then, I will send BSG to Paul and the rest to you Hit (nice of you to let Paul have the DVD!). Shoot me PMs and I'll have em out Tuesday/Wednesday.

Edit: Holy shit, that was probably the *best* giveaway batch I've ever seen RunningMn9!

Ok let me see if I have this PiF stuff down. I get +1 karma point for each item I post to give away? And I lose one point for each item I ask for? So karma is sorta like money? And where is a list of how much karma people have?

I'm going to need to head out and pick up larger padded envelopes -- I forgot just how large game manuals used to be. Good lord.

I'll probably get the first batch out Friday morning. Still plenty left up for grabs. It's a sad day when you can't give away games -- I feel your pain Grund.

I have problems collecting games. :)

I'm glad some people were able to benefit, and now my game shelf is no longer buckling under the weight of my shame. Everyone wins!!

I am a little hurt that Smoove_B didn't offer any of those to me privately first. I gave him the courtesy of first crack at my list - and this his how he pays me back?

Edit to add: Smoove_B - I am going to cut you if you don't show up on 10/28 with MechWarrior 2 in your hands to give to me.

Hi all. Id like to join in on this thread now if theres no objections. Im a notoriously adicted collector of games and once I get something its terribly hard for me to give it up again :) But Im sure Ive got stuff around here I can part with or that the wife will make me part wit hhaha.

To start out Ill offer up.....

Sonic & Knuckles Collection
Shogun Total War : Warlords Edition
Star Wars Starfighter
Star Wars Rebel Assault II
Star Wars Battle for Naboo
Sub Command
Sim City 3000
Madden 2002
Hidden & Dangerous Deluxe
Power Monger

so Karma +10

BTW Ive asked Ron at GT to allow me to start a PiFF thread there. I have'nt heard from him yet but if I get the go ahead Ill cross post my stuff there. Since there will surely be new blood with new games there also I invite everyone to visit that thread too. Thats if its ok'd.

BTW 2...Has any thought been given to a hardware PiFF? or a general non gaming PiFF?

Since no one has taken up Grundbegriff on Falcon 4.0 Allied Force, I'll give it a good home if that's OK.

I'll put up X3 Reunion in it's place.

Even though, when RunningMan9 said his big game giveaway didn't oblige the takers to join the PIFFers, here I am, feeling a debt. I start with a -2 for games from RM9.

Here are my offerings (okay, some may never get taken):

PC:Redneck Rampage: the Early Years
Bad Mojo Redux (the "just a cd and a cd-sized manual" version) taken
Soldiers: Heroes of World War II taken

Xbox (not the 360, the old one):
X-Men Legends taken
Dynasty Warriors 3 taken
Crimson Skies taken
EA Sports Madden 2002
Sega Sports World Series Baseball taken

I'll score this if it's not too much trouble. I have no baseball games for the XBox and would like to correct that.

Edit: I am not sure how the Karma system works, but if 1 game put up = +1, than that puts me in a ridiculous position. Can I just log a +1 for each person I sent game bundles to? That would put me at +9.

+8 if BD hooks me up.
