I don't know if that was a serious question, but all rivers flow towards where the land slopes away. Since I live in the Southeast and have to explain to students that the eastern continental divide an hour from home is not the edge of a tectonic plate, I like that you can easily see what it is, as once you cross it, the rivers drain inland and southwest instead of straight to the east coast.

no..no..no... that makes no sense. water flows downhill.. from top to bottom... the north is at the top of the map and the south is at the bottom of the map..ergo..all water flows from north to south.. see.. pure logic...

The one near me called Blue Hole is about 15'+ . Just a deep spot in the river area and crystal clear. I almost got in trouble as a teen because I dived down thinking it was closer to the bottom and had to get to the surface really fast when it turned out to be too far down for the breath I took.
