I was under the impression that San Diego was the largest market without a NFL team, but the internet tells me Riverside/Ontario is bigger (I would argue they are close enough to the 2 LA teams). Next would be St. Louis. In market size, both are bigger than Pittsburgh, Las Vegas, Cincinnati, Kansas City, Indianapolis, Nashville, Jacksonville, Green Bay (even if you include Milwaukee), New Orleans, and Buffalo.

What's the BS suggesting the Eagles moved. The Eagles have always and will always be in Philadelphia.

Lud Wray's half-interest in the team was purchased by Art Rooney, who had just sold the Pittsburgh Steelers to Alexis Thompson. Bell/Rooney's entire Eagles' corporate organization, including most of the players, moved to Pittsburgh (The Steelers' corporate name remained "Philadelphia Football Club, Inc." until 1945) and Thompson's Steelers moved to Philadelphia, leaving only the team nicknames in their original cities. Given that the Niners get a TON of injuries apparently every other year, and this year is that year, I want to see if McCaffrey can stay healthy. Nobody else for the Niners can this year, it appears... and he has a long history of missing games due to injuries.
