Still hurt. Still no jogging or aerobic stepping. Hit a new low of 173.5. Dropped my maintenance weight to 185, which is as low as I will let it go. I don't want to lose more weight. Not sure what I'm going to do, though I'm going to to hold off on a new plan until after my surgery at the end May.

Broke even this week. I'll take it, especially since my neighbor brought over a big ol' slab of chocolate cake that I did not turn my nose up at.

Back on the rowing wagon after a couple of weeks of travel. Hope to start back jogging this week as well.

Not sure about losing weight, but I've managed to greatly reduce my soda intake. Increased milk consumption seems to have helped, but not sure that's such a great thing either. :think:

Still hurt... Surgery scheduled for the 17th, assuming I get my PCP approval. Jogged a bit for the first time yesterday. Pain in arm was tolerable. 3 weeks of no being lazy really set back my exhaustion from jogging. I'm playing games with calories. When I get down under 175 I take my full calorie

Well I'm nothing if not consistent. Just constantly bouncing around that 200 mark. I take solace in the fact that I've increased my weekly exercise tremendously since the start of the year. So even if the weight's not exactly melting off, I'm definitely more fit.

Not a good week. Been as high as 178.5 and trending higher. So I'm cutting to "highly active" and will cut further as I have a surgery this week and my activity level is going to reset again. I did start light jogging again this week, just in time to cut it out again. Still to much pain to do real PT and again that's about reset as well.

As it turns out, if you eat the actual recommended portion size of cereal, it's not a bad value. Who knew? Convincing yourself that it's enough food, though; that's a bit of a challenge.
