PM issues?

PM issues?

If I send a PM to a user, but the PM doesn't show up in my sent box but DOES show up in my OUT box, does this mean I've been foe'd and I shouldn't bother or...?

It stays in the Outbox until read by the recipient.
It's almost as if people are the problem.
