So, which game should I play next?

I have a few different ones to try. Here they are:

Kohan: Immortal Sovereigns
Moonbase Commander
Myth 2
Tzar

Now, these are all RTS, I think, and I'm not crazy about RTS, so I want something that will be fun AND easy to pick up and play. I like good stories, and I like fantasy stuff. Give me a recommendation.

Moonbase Commander is an EXCELLENT TB multiplayer game. Had some real fun with people on #gg.

Myth 2

I'd gush and make a fool of myself - but I'm a little tired. Anyway, its the best of the genre. I wish someone would write an RPG that was half as compelling. Play the The Fallen Lords first though, Project Magma has ported it to the updated Soulblighter engine and it looks fairly decent.

These are some really old games. Tzar was a waste of time in my opinion. Not that it isn't a good game, there are just so many better games now.

Well, I don't have money for any NEW games, and these are the ones I have that I've never really played much of, so...

You have to give Kohan a shot. It's great RTS gameplay with a real macro-strategic view. Years later and the only game that has the same feeling is Kohan II!

I would say Kohan as well, but keep in mind that he wants a good story, and I dont think even the diehard kohan fans gave a crap about the single player story, it was all about the skirmish and the multi

So if you want an awesome story with tight gameplay, play Myth2 (and def run TFL off of the myth2 engine such a great story)

or if you would prefer a really tight gameplay but mostly skirmish mode then Kohan would be a better bet

I very much had a vested interest in seeing Javidan succeed. That's a good enough story for me.

Well, and story isn't the biggest thing either. If there's SOME sort of campaign, that's what helps me get my rocks off.

Well, Kohan seems to be topping the list, and I think that's what I'm going to do. I'll keep y'all posted.

Moonbase Commander will be up next after that, methinks.

I voted Myth. Myth is worth it just for the dwarves.
If I had a sig, would you read it?

My vote was for Kohan. Just an absolutely great take on RTS gaming.

It's going to be Kohan. It's a great game. Get the expansion pack too.
