Metroid Prime 2: Echoes

Post by Jow »

Yo! Anyone out there playing this? Considering picking it up based on the excellent reviews I've been seeing but wanted to see if anyone else around here has it first.

I still haven't finished the first one because I suck at finishing games. This does look cool though.

Yeah. I never finished the first one either, which is weird for me since I finish most everything. I really enjoyed Metroid Prime too, I just found it too difficult for my liking in spots, I think.

Anyway, I'll have Echoes incoming as soon as Halo 2 makes its way back to them. Means I'll probably have it late next week. I'm looking forward to it.
End of line.

I enjoyed the first level of Metroid Prime...

And then never went back to play it ever again. Traded it after a few months when I finally realized I wasn't ever going to play it.

The reviews for #2 are phenomenal. I'll probably get it at some point. Just not yet.

I loved Metroid Prime, and enjoyed the demo disc for MP2... but between Half-Life 2, Pirates!, and Rome: Total War, something had to give. I'll probably put this on a X-mas wish list.
