Shattered Union, Should I get it for $20?

So Im seeing Shattered Union for $20 dollars down at Gamestop. Its premise seems interesting... Should I get it?

The "campaign" was absolutely horrible, so don't buy it for that.
If you were more looking into the game for purely the turn based battles themselves (ie like skirmish games), it could be worth 20. Just don't expect too much from it.

a friend let me borrow it for the weekend when it came out.
personally i would not buy it for more then $10 and that would ONLY be if I was DESPERATE to buy SOMETHING.
the background story for the game would make a good mod for civ4

I liked the turn-based battles but I didn't like the campaign as much. And there were some interface issues that didn't help. Still, I recommend picking it up.
