I enjoyed Birds of Prey, although Ewan's bad guy was pretty forgettable, as demonstrated by gilraen. DC is now developing a Black Canary movie with Jurnee Smollet. She was very good in Birds of Prey, so so hopefully they don't murder her film in the crib like they just did to Batgirl.

I tried so hard to avoid that. It was listed as a 1979 pic (and revealed the hint I wanted) , so I ran with it.

Edit: actually, I think it is from the first one after all. I forgot the remastered edition makes things look so much better than I remember.
