They turned from Austin's body and slowly walked back to the village square. They threw accusations at each other. They threw biscuts (one was wafer thin). They debated between Kraegor and Lassr never really even mentioning Scoop20906's name. They asked themselves if Kraegor was the one. They asked if Lassr was the one. They seemed to decide early that Scoop20906 had to be a Donor. Finally they settled on Lassr. It has to be him. For Austin. Nevermind triggercut, grundberiff, or tru1cy they said, this is for Austin. Scoop20906 grabbed at Lassr's shirt but he twisted away tearing the fabric and leaving Scoop with nothing but a K-Mart blue light special $2 shirt in hand. Chaosraven tried to grab hold and ended up with Lassr's pants in hand when they too tore away. Kraegor, never one to be set back by nudity, gave chase and was closing fast when suddenly the dimming evening sky lit up with a Grail Beacon. A castle appeared on the horizen and a large group of young women walked out of the open doorway at its front. Lassr ran past the group and into the castle as the young women closed ranks behind him. One woman turned to the final stunned villagers and said "We shall handle this one."

From inside the castle came screams like the villagers had never heard before. Scoop20906 and Kraegor turned away in horror. Chaosraven took two steps forward a hopeful intrigued expression on his face when sails appeared from the top of the castle, draping the side and quickly filling with the wind as the castle sailed off into the night. Two relieved and one disappointed villagers turned back to their homes. First though, a search of Lassr's. Walking through the door the noticed a light on by the bed and a book upon the night stand. Well played on both sides guys. Chaos sitting on the knowledge of Grund's lie and thus pulling two saves really turned the game. I had PM'd Grund to tell him I had put the Priest in the game to give him a chance at a longer life (he actually WAS the Priest in the original draw). I did not realize he was going to use it so originally and successfully. I was really shocked that you guys got both pr0ner and Lassr, most of your focus seemed on others the entire game. Up until Scoop withdrew his vote I felt like Lassr could have gotten him lynched. Then it just became a game of "lets see if Chaosraven can talk himself out of the right choice again".

When Grund's gut feeling said LordMortis, pr0ner and Lassr I was screaming in my head, "How the fuck does he do that!"

Luckily he backed off me. But his fake priest ploy really cost us.

I think Unagi was the wrong choice since everyone was willing, but he was still #1 on my list. Second choice was Scoop. But Austin is stuck on Lassr.
With any luck the Bad Guy will figure out I exposed the Priest as I could not survive the night.
It would have been logical to protect myself while tru1cy was being killed.
Leaving me vulnerable tonight.

Good thing Most Holy chose the other guy last night.

MOST HOLY PROTECTS HIMSELF
