A very unsportsman-like conduct...

Two rival family racing in a local event at Hickory Motor Speedway (NC) resulted in an arrest and major property damage. One driver gave the other a tap on the rear bumper in a turn, which caused a momentary loss of traction for the car being tapped, and the other car used the chance for a pass. The other car tried to side-swipe the passing car, which resulted in her spinning out. The spotter of the spinner then walked over to the other team and started beating up the other spotter, an older ex-racer, and assaulter was later arrested. The spinner then, under caution, intentionally rammed the guy who spun her out, doing major damage to both cars.

This is Moe of the Three Stooges. This is around 1973. He would pass away 2 years later at age 77 as the oldest living Stooge. He was such a great man. All of them were.

I love the story of his haircut. His mom made him wear it shoulder length and he got teased about it all the time. He said he had to fight to school, fight in school, then fight on the way home because of it. He finally took the shears to it out back in a shed one day being rebellious And hence his world famous chili bowl haircut came to be.

One of the top 20 countdowns for 1984 on Mtv. I hated the VJs. They were annoying, mispronounced artist's names, and talked too damn much when all I wanted was music videos. They also seemed arrogant or snide. Ugh.
