It's from a new episode (Freaky Friday) in which the duo think they've swapped bodies à la Freaky Friday, but they keep confusing the concept and completely lose touch with who they are to the point they get into a fight and they're hitting themselves because they think they're harming the other person.

But the reason I find the image "funny" is because they also swap clothing, so anyone who remembers who usually wears what (Butt-Head in AC/DC, Beavis in Metallica) may be confused by the image if they haven't seen the episode.

Edit: Though I've re-evaluated and I suspect when my head is clear of certain substances in the morning I won't find this nearly funny enough to have warranted posting it.

Honestly, I think the girl has thin long fingers, but nothing approaching a hint that she has mutated. Foreshortening, and all that too.

The joke is simple. They just want to know if it's really Uranium - and they help set the joke up by commenting on how hard it is to get a good picture.

That's it. Well, that and the tiny white spots tell us that the radiation is real... It's not about long fingers. It's not about toys in cereal.

Starting at 3540 Curies nearly 60 years ago, this particular sample today probably would throw off about 2 Curies, says archaeologist Ellis Monahan (@GirlArchaeo). That’s not too bad from a meter away, but a real problem if you put it in your pocket, she says.
