Can I change my handle?
I think a couple of folks have done so over the years. Not majorly, just to plain "Fireball".

Zarathud: The sad thing is that Barak Obama is a very intelligent and articulate person, even when you disagree with his views it's clear that he's very thoughtful. I would have loved to see Obama in a real debate.
Me: Wait 12 years, when he runs for president. :-)

Should be no problem.Fireball1244 wrote:I think a couple of folks have done so over the years. Not majorly, just to plain "Fireball".
I will hesitate to actually do it just to ensure there are no objections and I don't step on anyones feet.

My aunt Gertrude died to a fireball. I don't think I could take the emotional stress.Rip wrote:Should be no problem.Fireball1244 wrote:I think a couple of folks have done so over the years. Not majorly, just to plain "Fireball".

Let's put Fireball's new username up for a vote. Maybe hold a tournament, like the one Hipolito is running for the BGOAT.
I hereby nominate "Firecrotch." Who's with me?

The Penny Arcade forums have a fun way to discourage name changes (because of the sheer volume of requests they must get). The admin in charge of name changes flips a coin to determine whether A) you get the name you want, or B) he makes one up for you. The latter option is always far more entertaining.AWS260 wrote:Let's put Fireball's new username up for a vote. Maybe hold a tournament, like the one Hipolito is running for the BGOAT.
