I think what a lot of people would agree with is: They wear eachother's hair well, and it let's you realize what they have in common very well.

If you believe that can is f-ed up then you're a mechanical idiot. It is simple and works perfectly to prevent spills and to pour easily.

When you're still salty about safety regulations from 2008...
The Children's Gasoline Burn Prevention Act was enacted on July 17, 2008. The Act establishes as a consumer product safety rule ASTM International's (ASTM) F2517-05's child-resistance requirements for closures on portable gasoline containers.
It's almost as if people are the problem.

I don't know about the simple part - it took me about 15 minutes in a hot garage to figure it out. It's fortunate I'm not the swearing type as there were kids around. Once I got the concept, though, it was pretty easy and didn't cause spills.

God forbid we make some minor adjustments (which take any competent adult about 5 minutes to figure out) so kids can't access gasoline as easily and injure themselves or others.

I do think em2not is right.
It sums up our differences in a nutshell.

One side can't be bothered and doesn't give a shit about improving something.
The other side can't see why it's so horrible to learn a better/safer way to do something.

I've got two of the new gas cans, and I'm not sure if I'm not doing it right or what, but I can't use them without gas leaking. The other day, I found out that there's no exhaust valve on them when I started pouring, and the built up pressure from the hot days in there forced the gas to come shooting out the nozzle.

Maybe the problem is that gas cans don't come with really clear instructions. Or I'm just dumb. Either's possible. But I am behind making them safer.

Snopes
Exceptional Products, the Texas company that markets Trumpy Bear on television, also uses infomercials and television advertising to promote products like Hairdini, Save a Blade and Plaque Attack.
...
We asked Exceptional Products about sales of Trumpy Bear, but the company declined to provide any details. Nonetheless, we know people have been buying the toy, in particular as a Christmas present according to several social media posts.

Exceptional Products owns the trademark on Trumpy Bear, according to U.S. Patent and Trademark Office records, but the concept and design was invented by a V.L. Lange from a company called “Reel Vision,” a spokesperson for Exceptional Products told us.

We were unable to find further details on Lange or their company, and they did not respond to an invitation to comment. However, Exceptional Products did send us the “vision statement” for Trumpy Bear, in which Lange emphasizes “No, this is not a joke.”
In 1902 the teddy bear was born and named after President Teddy Roosevelt. When President Donald Trump was elected to office as the first non-politician president, I felt it was time to name an American fearless grizzly bear after our new Commander in Chief. I designed the Trumpy Bear in a recognizable image of our current president.

This iconic bear should be viewed as the symbol that anyone can run for president of this great country of ours. The weight of the responsibilities that come with the presidency can be a burden that I, for one, could never endure.

And no, this is not a joke. I want it to be perfectly clear that the men who served in our military spoke from their hearts in the Trumpy Bear commercial. Any vilification of a veteran should never be tolerated.
It's almost as if people are the problem.
