The Workbox 2.0. I could keep almost all of my minis projects buttoned up in there, including storing most of my buildings for Zenda.

I am very tempted by this HobbyZone modular painting organizer, but I would choose a different configuration of the drawers and the racks:
Plus a shelf or two like this which can hold 55 bottles of Reaper paints:
They also have a nice painting station:
