Experimenting with the late 7/8 to 10 MS upgrade/activation

What a nightmare. The initial upgrade seems to work.

But then the machine gets stuck on OEM splash screen. I think has to do with OEM partitioning, now it's off to see if it will take an ISO installation using the original OEM activation voodoo.
