Per wiki yes. You didn't better than I. I couldn't even come up with a guess. Possibly helped by having no idea what Raiden IV was, other than the great grandchild of the Mortal Kombat character.

Raiden Fighter Aces is also good. all these titles allow you to rotate the screen so you can play in the proper vertical aspect.
