Google Search Problem

Ok this just happened the last couple of days. When I search on Google, the options at the top (News, Images, Videos, etc) are all grayed out. The only option at the top that is available is All). How can I get the use of the other options at the top of the search page? I'm not sure what happened here but Google search (irony, I know) shows me nothing. I am using Firefox if that makes a difference.
