I just needed to loop back on this. I posted that after maybe 4 episodes I think. Holy hell. The back half of season one was amazing. I saw the talk here about the first few episodes being kind of hesitant, like the comic (which I never read), but I did not expect that.
$225 for the box set... hmmm, that's a beefy christmas request...

I'm trying to get others to watch so we get that. We're nearing 30 days since release, right? I read that that's the key viewership # for Netflix.

My wife and I just finished this last week and we both really enjoyed it. To us it seemed different from most other fantasy shows.

Episode 11 is a nice standalone story. Though I nearly turned it off during the cat cartoon.

That is...not a popular viewpoint.
The Dream of a Thousand Cats is fantastic. They did a really great job of translating the look and feel of the comic to this show.
