I'm really proud of having exercised 4 times this week since I'm already at 64 hours of work for the week and have another 6+ ahead of me today. Forcing myself to make time for exercising was tough since I felt like I needed to be head down, nose to the grindstone at work, but I reminded myself that I'm already letting my body down by spending 12-16 hours in a computer chair staring at monitors every day, the least I can do is move around for 20-45 minutes some of those days.
This week my goal is just mostly to stay steady and not gain, as I'll be doing a spring break hotel pool vacation with our kiddo where the plan is to just lay by the pool and drink and relax.
I struggle
a lot when I can't restrict the tempting things I have access to, and that's without throwing alcohol in the mix, so we'll see how it goes. If I plan to not gain everything back as soon as I stop being locked in my home 24/7, I need to deal with it eventually, may as well start figuring it out.
