Was that a normal Redactle Unlimited (basically random and we all get different ones?). I ask because when I looked earlier the OG Redactle and the daily Redactle Unlimited were the same (as they should be).

I just used the same URL that you posted. It looks like Redactle Unlimited uses an encoded token (Qmh1dGFu, in this case) as a unique persistent reference for a specific article. If you select "Daily" then it generates a URL for the same article as that day's Redactle article, while if you select "Random" it will generate a token that maps to a randomly selected article. I'm not sure exactly how they generate the tokens, but they seem to provide persistent references to specific articles, so I'd imagine it's something like a hash table where the token is a key that points to the URL for the article. Doing it this way allows multiple people to solve the same article if they share the URL by posting the full "share" message.

If you simply load the Redactle Unlimited homepage (https://redactle-unlimited.com) then it seems to default to the token that matches the current Redactle article and displays the corresponding Redactle number.

I hadn't looked at Redactle Unlimited before today, so it's possible that I'm completely off-base as to how it works. I'll try to remember to check it again tomorrow to see if it generates a new token to match Redactle #113 and whether the tokens from today still point to the same articles.
