AMTD Digital brought in just over $25 million in revenue last year, according to a regulatory filing. And yet this week its market cap is more than $310 billion, surpassing that of Shell (RDSA) and Costco (COST) and putting it closer to the size of Walmart (WMT) and Exxon (XOM).
I'd have to say, this tops even the Gamestop mania, this makes the Gamestop boosting look sane by comparison.
Edit - I didn't realize there's now a term for these stocks, they are now called "meme" stocks.

And btw, Gamestop before the mania started was $19/share, went to $483 and yesterday was a little less than $38. Wonder how many redditors ended up getting burned?

That's TD Ameritrade's old ticker so I imagine that's part of it too. The halts came through in the wire and I was confused by the ticker until I looked it up.

The stock's actual ticker is HKD. But yeah, the whole thing is insane.
Ticker HKD (AMTD Digital, Inc.) is wholly owned by ticker AMTD (AMTD Idea Group).
Both are active and saw trading and huge gains.

Since I started watching when it crossed last week, AMTD had had higher dollar volume. Not sure what it was like leading into the run.
