The Octopus Overlords Baseball league can be found here. It's an online league using the Out Of The Park Baseball game, or OOTP. Originally created back on Gone Gold as the GGOOTP, it has followed the rest of the community to the new website. It's also commonly referred to as the 4OTP, or Octopus Overlords Out Of The Park baseball league. Credit for starting the league goes to Gumps (created league, established initial rule base) and Tim (brought in the initial batch of owners).
All of its historical stats, excepting the 2002 season which has vanished into antiquity and some of the newer seasons, can be found here. The current season's stats are exported here.
If you wish to join the league then please post here and send an e-mail to ggootp@hotmail.com about which team you would like to take over. We are currently running the league on the OOTP 6.5.1a game engine. Most owners use MSN Messenger for easier communication amongst themselves.
