FINISHED
Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butchet Bay -- Great game, but I found it short. Also amazing graphics and textures all around.
FEAR -- Good stuff, very atmospheric. I finished it at 2:30AM with headphone on in a dark room.
Star Wars Battlefront 2 -- Finished single player conquest campaign. Played a bunch online.
Sid Mier's Alpha Centauri (Repeat) -- I play this game a lot.
Ascendency -- See above
Warhammer 40K: Dawn of War + Winter Assault -- Very impressed with this game, caught me off guard. Made my laptop chug though.
Call of Duty 2 -- Not impressed much, average shooter.
Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy -- Only had one level left at the end of 2005. Fun game with lots of mods out there.
IN PROGRESS
Oblivion
Rise of Nations(Repeat)
Crusader: No Remorse(Repeat)
FarCry(Repeat)
Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter
**I live with 4 girls in a tiny apartment, I am taking very difficult classes at the university, I have an early morning lab job, my girlfriend of 4 years lives 1000 miles away at the moment, and all my friends are at the previous university I went to in Oregon.(I live in Minnesota). Computer games at the moment are my one reprieve and the one thing I look forward to during the day when I come home. Hence the large amount of gaming I've done this year.

Finished: Close Combat First to Fight, Delta Force (original, (c) 1998)
Will have to write the FAQs about them next, and replay CC:FTF on a tougher level. Those who can do it on SIM level deserves some real respect.

I've started up my annual DEUS EX playthrough which most likely will be the only thing I play in December, so might as well call it a year.
Finished:
DEUS EX (first playthrough for the year, carried over from late 2005.)
UNREAL II (I liked this quite a bit, but it was no UNREAL 1)
OBLIVION (main quest and Mehrune's Dagger quest)
F.E.A.R. (Had to force myself a little to finish, but I did it.)
HALF LIFE 2: EPISODE 1 (Took me longer to install than finish, of course.)
PAINKILLER: BOOH (Damn sweet. Love the whole Black edition DVD thing)
Other:
BIG BOX OF BLOX (The PDA version. It's a rare day that I don't play this)
CALL OF CTHULHU (Stalled thanks to RL. Will start back up in '07. Fantastic title.)
PREY (Stalled. Sometimes it's fun, sometimes it's a snooze. Bleeding edge and a great achievement, though.)
INDIGO PROPHECY (Stalled, plus I don't like playing games on consoles much. Shoulda waited for the PC version.)
PAINKILLER (Hit a plotstopper about 3/4 through back before I had broadband and couldn't get the 300MB patch. Will probably finish this in '07. Great game, would love a sequel.)
CHRONO TRIGGER (I tried, man, I tried. Just not my thing.)
QUAKE (On PC and PDA. Probably about 25 hrs worth)
MORROWIND (~20 hours worth)
UT04 (~40 hours worth)
I have wanted some time for a while now where I did nothing but replay games in my library that I really loved but only played once, finish off stalled or otherwise unfinished titles (what's listed above, plus PHARAOH, TRON 2.0, OMIKRON, OUTCAST, ARX FATALIS), and play games I own but have never touched (BOILING POINT, all pre-MORROWIND Elder Scrolls games). At the rate I've been gaming, that's like 2 years worth of stuff, so I'm going to start in '07 and see if I can resist the siren call of new releases and bargain bins (I'll be sunk if I see FALLOUT 1 & 2, though). Plus, generally, I'll probably reduce my gaming time a bit anyway. We'll see how that actually goes, though, heh.

I did recently finish FEAR. I might need to keep a better log for 2007. Of course, I doubt Civ IV counts as "finishable," but I am getting back into gaming moreso than earlier in the year. I also have a massive backlog of games that I've never finished that I could work on instead. No one ruin the ending of Baldur's Gate for me.
Which begs the question: when do things stop behaving as spoilers and become pop culture references?
A game is a terrible thing to waste.

A game is a terrible thing to waste.
It's almost as if people are the problem.
