Help me find some White Collar stats!

This is related to Ken Jennings.

My boss wouldn't believe the answer to the final question. I stuck my foot in my mouth and said that white collar = employee with a four year degree. So we have a friendly wager.

I need to find any company with at least 70.000 employees with four year degrees. I think Boeing might have the numbers (I think they have about 20,000 engineers (according to the union anyway)... shouldn't be that hard to get the other 50,000) but otherwise I am stuck.
